Skills/Knowledge |
Tivoli Framework course or equivalent operations experience
Experience with the Tivoli desktop
Ability to populate an administrator's desktop
Working knowledge of policy regions
Ability to create profile managers
Working knowledge of Windows NT 4.0, Windows 98 or UNIX
A basic understanding of Windows application installation |
