IBM Tivoli Monitoring is an efficient,
reliable, automated tool that provides IT administrators

needed to configure, customize, and develop IBM Tivoli
Monitoring Resource Models. This course includes multiple

the tools available to migrate DM Classic Edition monitors

the Workbench to convert DM Classic Edition monitors to

Skills/Knowledge |

following skills and areas of knowledge are required:
Experience
with the Tivoli desktop
Experience using the IBM Tivoli Monitoring 5.1 product
Working knowledge of policy regions
Ability to create and use profiles and profile managers
Ability
to distribute profiles to subscribers
Understanding of scripting languages such as Java Script
and Visual Basic
script
is an advantage
NT
and Unix Administration skills. .
